## Downloading Specific Records

To download specific health records, follow these steps:

1. Click on the document you wish to open. This will display the details of the visit.
2. To open the document in a new tab, click on the "**Open in New Tab**" option. This allows you to view the document separately.
3. Once the document is open, you can download the PDF directly to your computer.

## Downloading All Records

If you wish to download all of your health records at once, please follow these steps:

1. Locate the three-dot icon next to the filter icon at the top right of your Timeline.
2. Select the "**Download All Records**" option. This will initiate the download of all your documents in one go.
