You can change your mind at any time. You can always access and download your records from your AllStripes account before it closes on November 22nd. If you want to discontinue service and wish to close your account, please email us at support@allstripes.com.

Your AllStripes account will continue to be accessible until November 22nd. After that, the AllStripes platform will be shutting down and PicnicHealth will take over operations. We will automatically create a PicnicHealth account for you so that we can transfer over your medical records from your AllStripes account. Your medical records from your AllStripes account will be seamlessly and securely transferred to the PicnicHealth platform.

You’ll need to complete the set up of your PicnicHealth account to ensure you have access to your records once they’re transferred. You’ll have all the same functionality with PicnicHealth, as you can see here.

If you haven’t already, check your email for your PicnicHealth invitation link. Once your account is set up, you’ll be able to login using app.picnichealth.com to access your records.

Your AllStripes account will continue to be accessible until November 22nd. After that, your AllStripes account will be closed but you will be able to retain access to your data by creating an account with PicnicHealth.

All studies on the AllStripes platform are completed at this time. No new data from your records will be used for AllStripes research studies. If you would like to continue participating in research, you can do so by completing the PicnicHealth research consent.

Just like AllStripes, PicnicHealth remains dedicated to advancing research and supporting individuals impacted by rare and chronic health conditions. If you’d like to participate in PicnicHealth’s research studies, you’ll need to sign PicnicHealth’s informed consent when you create your account, and then PicnicHealth will match you with research studies based on your diagnosis.

If you qualify for a research program, your involvement helps researchers gain valuable insights into how your condition impacts people in their everyday lives using de-identified medical data. Plus, you might receive invitations to paid surveys, offering you an opportunity to share your experiences and continue making a meaningful contribution to research.

You'll continue to have full access to all the records that have been collected for you, but your data won't be utilized for research purposes. You will continue to get a free PicnicHealth account, but PicnicHealth may no longer collect new records for you.

PicnicHealth works directly with people like you to help collect and manage your medical records. We  also partner with some of the world’s leading researchers to run various studies that your medical record data can help with.
